You will be guided through a few web pages for your basic information (name, address, e-mail,
phone, Parrot Head Club affiliation, room type, room requests), for yourself and if applicable,
the person you are registering with.
Then you will select the package/payment method of your choice. Select any additional nights or additional activities such as the Thursday or Friday Kayak trips. Next you will be offered a page to review all of your selections/entries and an option to go back and change any of the information. Dependant on your payment selection, your will be routed to the check of PayPal page for completion and finally a success confirmation page (which means you are registered)!!! You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with the same information to the primary e-mail address entered. It allows you to:Freely participate in all Phins to the West activities including:Friday & Saturday Convention Room entertainment at the AVI resort Thursday Pre-Event Pool Party Poolside entertainment on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons Pre and Post event add-on Special Room Pricing $65 per room night charge Drink specials at the bars in the pool and entertainment venue areas Early Registration on Thursday Three Buffet Meals: One dinner (Friday or Saturday) buffet One breakfast (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) buffet Cheese burger lunch 2011 PTTW mementos Personalized PTTW laminate and holder 2011 Commemorative PTTW event pin AVI Players Club Advantage card Free Slot Tournament Saturday ($ 500 total payout) It forbids you to:Bring coolers or non empty containers into the pool or convention (entertainment) areaIt requires you to:Pay for your registration within 10 days of registeringObey all posted Resort and Casino rules Follow the PTTW procedures for late onsite event registration A few other clarifications include:All requested accomodations are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY at the time of check in At the AVI ResortCancellation of your reservation will result in the following: If your reservation is cancelled PRIOR to April 1, 2010 There will be a $50 per person fee, the remainder will be refunded to you If your reservation is cancelled AFTER March 31, 2010 You will receive your Memento Package mailed to the address we have on record per your registration. Your reservation MAY be transferred, however, due to contractual obligations, we cannot refund your registration after March 31, 2010. Registration will close April 1, 2010. |
