For over a decade Phins To the West has provided a high quality event that has been attended by TropRock Fans from all over the country. It has always been our goal to provide the highest quality entertainment, and overall experience at the best value possible while raising money for charities.
Regretfully, due to unforeseen circumstances we have come to the conclusion that it isn’t possible to meet or maintain those high standards we have set on your behalf this year. This decision did not come easily or without careful consideration by the board.
We are sad to inform you that this year’s event is officially canceled. We will be providing full refunds for those who have already paid their registration. More info on the refunds will be provided to you in the next few days.
We would also like to thank everyone for their Past, Present and yes Future support. We will take this off year to explore future opportunities for the event.
The PTTW Team is and will be seeking your input through a series of surveys over the next few months to assist us in determining how we can best direct our efforts for a successful 2017 event. Please take a few minutes and provide your honest input to allow us to use the data to validate what is is important to YOU our guests and to focus our efforts on what will continue this event in the future.
We are currently in the negotiation process for our 2017 Entertainers.
